This exam includes; a thorough cleaning of the teeth and gums, x-rays and complete treatment plan for any future care. Cleaning:

Fluoride Treatments:
A treatment to help prevent cavities in your teeth is to apply a liquid fluoride to the teeth. It provides a barrier to the daily substances that can damage your teeth.

Teeth Sealing:
A supplemental treatment to prevent cavities in those deep crevices in the teeth is to apply a sealant in the deep crevices where cavities form. This is a wonder tool to fight damaging tooth decay.

Intra-oral pictures:
Dental x-rays are necessary to provide information essential for detection, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions that can threaten your oral and general health. A full range of x-rays are available from general routine x-rays, to specialized intra oral pictures, and children’s x-rays, to determine the present health of your mouth.

Crowns/Caps:
A crown or cap is placed because the remaining tooth structure is not capable of adequately supporting or retaining a regular filling. In addition, a crown will help hold together and support the remaining tooth structure, minimizing the chance that a tooth could fracture. Porcelain or gold crowns are available.

Bridges:

Implants:
Implants are a good alternative to a Bridge. It is a permanent Crown that surgically replaces a tooth. Implants are very predictable, and successful. Dr. Heniades works closely with exceptional Oral Surgeons to complete the treatment.

Fillings:
Fillings are a type of dental restoration used to repair a tooth damaged by decay. A natural tooth color or silver material is available to fill the cavity.

Whitening/Bleaching:
Whitening is used when the teeth have satisfactory shape and position, and all that is desired is a whiter smile. It is a gentle and safe procedure when supervised by your dentist. The two types of treatment plans we offer are; bleaching trays, and in-office bleaching.
